Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using HomeoDiary. The rules below govern refunds and cancellations of our subscription service.

1. Free Trial

New users get a 7-day free trial. No charge is applied during the trial and it can be cancelled anytime.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing cycle and is not renewed afterwards.

3. Refunds

• A full refund is considered if requested within 7 days of payment and the service has not been substantially used.
• Pro-rata refunds for partial use of a billing cycle are generally not provided.
• If service is disrupted due to a technical issue on our side, a refund or credit may be issued.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (bKash/Nagad) within 7–10 business days.
